Dr Meenakshi Sharma
Dr Meenakshi Sharma is a passionate educationist with a strategic focus. 18 years of active engagement in higher education and administrative experience in various colleges in Faridabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Ghaziabad. She holds a Ph D degree in commerce with PGDHRM, M COM and MA (Economics). Dr Meenakshi Sharma published more than 30 papers in National and International journals, attended & participated in many conferences, workshops, and symposium. She authored more than 4 books on difference commerce and management subjects. In addition, she has Professional Memberships of the Indian commerce association and Lifetime members of IFERP. She is the key member of the Academic Council in various autonomous colleges. She has also been the guide and supervisor of more than 10 Ph. D research scholars across the national boundaries. Dr Meenakshi has received an Excellent and dedicated Professional achievement award in 2019. She has been recognized for her student-centric approach, skills and team building.
Arun Kumar Rana
Accomplished professional with over 11+ years of experience in Corporate Relations, Human Resource Development, Placements, Branding & Promotional activities for business development in a leading educational group of India. Lead external relations of the Institution for strategic partnerships and competency development for the Human Resource & recruitment activities with the industries. Responsible for collegiate planning for the wide range of assignments of Corporate Engagement. Mr Rana has completed his management programme in International Business from Nanyang Technical University, Singapore and PGDM from AIMT. He is on the advisory board of CEGR as a Lifetime Member and National Secretary to Integrated Chambers of Commerce & Industry from Delhi-NCR Council. As a professional front, his passion is to develop a network with HR professionals and institutions for the best of the student community services in recruitment of fresher's domain. Mr Rana got several awards- Excellence award for placements, best placement leader award, Innovative placement leader award, national education excellence award are the name of few.
Dr Kirti Agarwal
Dr Kirti Agarwal is currently a Professor and Director at ITERC College of Management, Delhi NCR since 2013. She is Post Graduate and PhD in Commerce from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She also pursued PGDFM, Executive MBA and LLB. She started her career as Lecturer at Jain College, Gwalior in 1998. She also rendered her services at BLS Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, ICFAI National Institute, Noida, Institute of Advance Management & Research (IAMR), Ghaziabad as HOD and Greater Noida Institute of Management (GNIT Group), Greater Noida as HOD & Director. An excellent academician with an overall experience of more than 21 years. Dr. Kirti has published more than 50 research paper in journals of national and international repute. She has chaired technical sessions in International Conferences in Bangkok & Kathmandu. She visited (Michigan University ) USA to represent her college & presented a paper. She has also been the guide and supervisor of more than 22 research scholar across the national boundaries. She is the Reviewer of Inderscience & Emerald Journals also. Dr Kirti has received the young entrepreneur research award in 2018, the award for social work in education in 2019. Dr Kirti also the recipient of Vishisht Siksha Samman Award 2019 for her outstanding contribution in education sector. She has also penned down 13 books of difference commerce and management subjects for Distance Learning Programs of Nalanda University, Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar University and MD University Rohtak. Besides this, she is running Smt. Vimla Devi Education Society (SVDES- National Education Society) & KAAV Media Private Limited associating with many public & private educational institutes & corporate houses, New Delhi. Dr Kirti is Editorial Board Member in 12 National & International Journals and Editor-in-Chief, Kaav Publications.
Dr. Meenakshi Sharma (RNB)
A Professor in Human Resource Management (HRM) is an accomplished academic with a doctoral degree in HRM With a solid background in Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, organizational behavior, Human Resource Management, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of human resource principles. Her teaching experience extends to both undergraduate and graduate levels, where she design and deliver curriculum reflecting the latest trends and practices in HRM. Her professional is not only an effective educator but also a prolific researcher. She contributes actively to the academic research, publishing in reputable National and Indian journals and presenting at conferences. Bridging the gap between theory and practice, She often brings valuable insights from practical experience, having worked in industry. She is a Leader within academic institutions, potentially as a department chair, coupled with active participation in professional activities, showcases their commitment to the advancement of HRM.
