Prof. (Dr.) Yesh Pratap Singh Rana, Professor at Glocal University, specializing in the subject of Pharmacognosy since February 2023. Completed Ph.D. from Sunrise University, Alwar, Rajasthan in 2022. Graduated with a Master's degree in Pharmacy in 2010 from I.F.T.M. College of Pharmacy, Moradabad. Earned a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from S.R.N.S. College of Pharmacy, Gormi, Bhind (M.P.). Specializes in the field of Pharmacognosy, contributing to the academic and research landscape. Holds a prominent position as a Professor at Glocal University, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise to the field of Pharmacognosy. Graduated with honors in Pharmacy, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in pharmaceutical sciences. Stays abreast of the latest developments in Pharmacognosy and related fields, ensuring that knowledge and teachings are aligned with current industry trends and advancements. Actively involved in research activities, contributing to the understanding of plant-based medicines and their applications in pharmaceuticals.
Prof. (Dr.) Varsha Deva
Prof. (Dr.) Varsha Deva completed her Ph. D. in Pharmacy from Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow (U.P.). She is currently working as Professor at Glocal University Pharmacy College, Glocal University, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. She has almost 15 years of experience in the field of teaching and research. She conducted lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate, graduate & post graduate students of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences in various topics related to Pharmacy through different platforms. She has strong research skills, with experience in conducting and publishing research studies in reputed journals & books. She has more than 10 patents (National & international), 11 Books and many research and review articles.
Prof. (Dr.) Umesh Kumar
Prof. (Dr.) Umesh Kumar completed his Ph.D. in 2012 from Jamia Hamdard (NIRF Ranking No. 1 among Pharmacy Institutions in India, by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India). With over 17 years of experience in academics and research, he currently serves as the Dean of Glocal University Pharmacy College at Glocal University, Saharanpur. Prof. Umesh has guided numerous M. Pharm and Ph.D. students. Throughout his academic career, he actively participated in various modern teaching activities. His research interests lie in the chemical synthesis of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and ulcerogenic activities. Prof. Umesh has authored several papers in reputable journals with PubMed (US Govt) indexing. He is a proud member of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI). His significant contributions include the publication and granting of numerous patents within the pharmacy domain, showcasing his remarkable advancements in the field of Pharmacy.
