This edited book of compendium of research papers has extensively described businesses which operate in a broader network of related businesses offering particular product and services. In India currently Businesses are experiencing Transformational shift in the way businesses after global pandemic covid-19 and its impact on emerging technologies, reimagining and rebuild working processes, changes in taxation policies and regulations of government, innovative marketing tools are making imperative for every organization whether it is manufacturing or service provider to revise the way they do their businesses.
We are living in an interdependent and multidisciplinary business world. The traditional management education with limited functional skills may produce defensive and skeptical managers, who may be good enough in data analysis but may severely fail to understand the reciprocal and mutually cohesive relationship between business and larger society, including its environmental and economic systems.
While digital and innovation are the drivers, it is the people, not just technology, which will transform organizations for the future. Businesses will have to invest in their skill development, and help them adapt and embrace transformational change. Indeed, digital technology is all set to reinvent and change the overall work experience for all levels of employees, including the leadership. So, organizations must develop the workforce of the future-agile, multidisciplinary, augmented and humanized by digital—to stay competitive and relevant.
We are sure that this book will prove to be of enormous support to academia and business houses. We would be happy and consider ourselves blessed if this book is of any help in conducting veritable research studies. It is our humble appeal to all the readers to proffer their valuable suggestions and recommendations considering this book. Notwithstanding our unparalleled effort to make this book flawless there might have been some errors which must have gone unheeded. We request you to kindly overlook the same.
