Result from this study will assist in the development of an effective retention program for management institutions. Faculty retention is a highly important strategic tool for management Institutions.
Faculty Retention involves taking measures to encourage faculty to remain in the organization for the maximum period of time. Dr. Kshama Ganjiwale is an Associate Professor in Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management, Indore. She has earned her doctorate in HR from the DAVV Indore. She is having experience of more than 15 years .She is a resourceful faculty of the department of Management .Her core subjects are Organisation  Behavior and Human Resource Management area. Her work has been published in refereed international and national journals. She has presented papers and case studies in various international and National Conferences of repute in India.She is an Economist, good motivator and behavior interpreter. She is member of editorial board of E-Journal SVIM. 
Her area of interest are:Organizational Values and Commitment, Competency Management System, Training and Development,Talent Management and Leadership.

Dr. B. K. Tripathi has a versatile exposure in academic qualifications with double Ph.D. - First in Chemistry and second in Management. He is faculty in Management with interest in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, HR for Business Excellence as well as Training and Development. He is having rich industry exposure.  He served as Placement officer at International Institute Of Professional Studies, DAVV, Indore. He has guided many research scholars for Ph.D. in Management. He has been working as Professor in Management from 2007. He also served as Director at International Institute of Professional Studies, DAVV, Indore. He is having experience of more than 25 years in various positions where a skillful blend of academician, industry personnel and an administrator has been demonstrated. He has lot of publications in national as well as international repute conferences and journals.
