Miss Archana Gangwar has 18 years of experience as an academician in Dignified and Eminent Government University of Uttar Pradesh. She is completed her master of business administration with specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Dr. A.P.J.Abdul kalam Technical University. Miss Archana is lifetime member of Rao Krishna Pal University. Presently she is working as assistant professor with Raja Balwant Singh Management Technical Campus since September 2007.

RAJESH.E is Assistant Professor in Special Education at School of Behavioural Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. He has 15 years of teaching experience. His qualifications include M.Sc, M.A.Education, B.Ed Special Education and Masters Diploma in Counselling Psychology. He is a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) certified Professional. At present he is member in Board of Studies of School of Behavioural Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University and formerly member of P.G Board of Studies, Pedagogical Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University as well as Board of Studies, Psychology, Kannur University. He currently serves as Editorial Board Member in Nepal Journal of Epidemiology, Frontiers in Epidemiology and as reviewer in International Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences and Journal of Clinical & Diagnostic Research.

Dr. SAMREEN. N is working as clinical psychologist in the psychiatry department at Government Medical College, Rajouri, Jammu, J&K UT. She has 3 years and 5 months of experience as a clinical psychologist. Her qualification includes M.A. Psychology and PHD Psychology. She has published numerous articles with different variables, attended and presented papers in national and international conferences.

Dr.G.P.RAJA, M.Com., M.Phil.(Commerce), M.Ed., M.Phil. (Education), UGC-NET (Education), M.Sc. (Psychology), Ph.D. (Education), is an Assistant Professor, Department of Education (DDE), Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. He has 13 years of experience as an Educationist. His areas of specialization are Educational Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Stress Management and Commerce Education. He has written four course materials and reviewed three course materials for Bachelor of Education, M.A Education and M.A Child Care and Education programmes in Directorate of Distance Education, Alagappa University. He has guided four PG's and one M.Phil. He has published 11 research articles in leading National and International journals. He is a member in Board of Studies in M.A. Education, Alagappa University.
