He has published numerous papers and organized programs for health professionals, promoting leadership, strategic management, public health education, health economics, health financing, and hospital management education.

Dr. Sadhu is working as Professor at IIHMR University, Jaipur. He is a renowned expert in WASH, having successfully implemented an integrated water, sanitation, and health education program funded by KFW, Germany. He has expertise in institutional development, strategic planning, capacity building, and research in public health, WASH, and the water and sanitation sector. He has also contributed to the State Water Policy and the Rajasthan Minor Irrigation Project.
