Dr. Vijay Kulkarni
Dr. Vijay Kulkarni working as Professor and Head, Centre for Research , Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune. Dr. Kulkarni has almost three decades of experience blend of Industry and education. He is masters in various disciplines such as M.S.W, PGDHRM, M.B.A, M.Com, M.M.M., M.Phil., Ph.D. He has worked in different capacities, including Director in Management Institutes. He is Government Certified Internal Auditor for ISO- 9001-2015 & Yellow and Green Belt Holder of six sigma. He is recipient of various awards and to name a few Radhikabai Apte award from SPPU for securing highest marks in his domain, Best Youth leader award from ministry of HRD, Life time achievement award in Management, Ideal Teacher Award, We Care award etc. He has been awarded with “world book of record ” for his outstanding work in during the pandemic. He has published over ten different books related to the management domain. Dr. Kulkarni has Outstanding experience of international collaborations, international conferences and published papers in scopes and UGC care journals. He is recognized PhD guide in various university, ten scholars have been awarded Ph.D under his guidance and six are pursuing their Ph.D.
Dr. Sathi Jyothirmaye Reddy
Dr. Sathi Jyothirmaye Reddy is associated with Marwadi University as Associate Professor in the Department of Faculty of Management Studies, Rajkot. Dr. Jyothirmaye Reddy has been teaching Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management & HR related subjects since the inception of her career (1996) at TCSM, Chennai.

RAJESH.E is Assistant Professor in Special Education at School of Behavioural Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India. He has 15 years of teaching experience. His qualifications include M.Sc, M.A.Education, B.Ed Special Education and Masters Diploma in Counselling Psychology. He is a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) certified Professional. At present he is member in Board of Studies of School of Behavioural Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University and formerly member of P.G Board of Studies, Pedagogical Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University as well as Board of Studies, Psychology, Kannur University. He currently serves as Editorial Board Member in Nepal Journal of Epidemiology, Frontiers in Epidemiology and as reviewer in International Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences and Journal of Clinical & Diagnostic Research.
Prof. Preksha Yadav
Prof. Preksha Yadav (IIM-Indore Alumni) has more than fourteen years of academics, research and administrative experience. She also worked as a corporate trainer and trained more than 2500 public & private sector employees on stress management, leadership and interpersonal skills, Life skills etc. She has qualified the UGC-NET. She is pursuing her Doctorate of Philosophy in the area of Human Resource Sustainability. Her research interest is multidisciplinary which includes Sustainability, Green HRM, Digital wellbeing, Mental Health and Online learning etc. Prof. Preksha has more than 15 publications including research papers and articles and attended 20+ national and international conferences held across the country. She also has 2 patents in her account.
