Mr. kamal Singh is presently associated with Footwear Design & Development Institute –(FDDI) under the Ministry of commerce & Industry. Before plunging into academics, he served with leading corporates houses in retail sector for eight years, including the Future Group & Videocon Group. He did his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/ International Business from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. He has done M.Phil in Management. He is also a visiting faculty of IMT- centre of Distance learning and All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi. He prepared study material on B2B Marketing for Person Education and authored books on various verticals of marketing. He has also written several articles & research papers for reputed national & international journals.
Dr. Ajay Sharma, Associate Professor (Head of Department - Management) is associated with Kasturi Ram College of Higher Education, Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi since July 2006. He has been awarded Ph.D. in Computer Science from Pacific University, Udaipur, Rajasthan. He has around 17 years of teaching experience. Ashok Sahai, Career Brief: After completing B.Sc. (Industrial Chemistry) from University of Delhi, M.B.A. (Marketing) from Ishan Institute of Management & Technology and Diploma in Footwear Designing from Footwear Design & Development Institute, Noida, He carried out his Masters of Philosophy (Management) and pursuing Doctors of Philosophy (Management) from Shobhit Deemed University, Meerut. After spending nearly 08 years at different designations in footwear and leather industry, He moved to FDDI as Head of the Dept – LGAD in 2009, later on promoted as Jr. Consultant Footwear dept in 2017. He has devoted 11 years at FDDI (An Institution of National Importance, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt of India.) During career of 18 years, his empirical research focus on problem solving and abstract reasoning enabled him writing numerous research papers (published in National and International journals) on footwear scenario in India. He has also served in the team of International Consultancy Projects in footwear and leather articles in the African countries.
