Dr. Pooja Bhatia Sehgal is an Academician and an Entrepreneur. She possess a total of 15 years of work experience spread across education and Industry. Dr. Pooja holds M.Sc degree in Psychology, She has done PGDM in HR (IMT Ghaziabad) and she holds PG diploma in counseling Psychology(Amity University). She is a NLP practitioner and started her teaching career in 2007 from Amity University (2007-2012). She worked with Galgotia University (MBA department 2012) as Assistant Professor and taught HR Subjects to the MBA students. Dr Pooja was associated with IMS Noida for around four years and taught HR to PGDM students. She is a member of NHRD network. She is associated with various NGO’s like “The Earth Saviours Foundation & Sri Sai Samiti working for the weaker and under privilege people of the society. Dr Pooja is a Coowner of HR consulting firm- “EKAH CONSULTING”. She is a soft skill trainer and she delivered various guest lectures at Delhi University campuses .
