This book research is the difference between the working and non-working womens in respects of their cognitive style. The reasons are assigned at the suitable place above. The other factors that ere taken as dependent variables in this study, though have some significant differences in various contexts, the findings could be attributed to various socio-economic reasons. The present researcher feels that he had to work under a limited area which could throw light only on some parts of Psycho-social correlates of the psychological differentiation among the school going children. So it is suggested that researchers who are interested in this area of the discipline may explore the various deep rooted causes of psychological differentiation.

Dr. Raj Kishor Kumar
Dr. Raj Kishor Kumar has over 30 year of teaching experience as lecturer in psychology at R. B. S. college, hajipur (vaishali ). He received his (Ph.D.) in psychology. From B. R. ambedkar bihar university, muzaffarpur (bihar). Also he has been serving as assistant professor (guest), psychology department at m. s. m. samta college, jandaha, (vaishali), since February 2020. He has a keen interest in psychological research and has published 10reserch to papers in reputed and referred journals in various fields related to psychology and has published a l book chapter. Research paper in 9 (I. S. C. A.) at conferences, in addition six papers have been presented at state level, national seminars and university level conferences and has presents research papers in international webinar (I. W. B. S, 2020) and he has received gold medal award through (I. P. A. ), as well as psycho-scientific research workshops. His areas of interest include intellectual property, teaching work and research work in areas related to psychology in the current environmental theme.
