The book comprises of 20 chapters. Some chapters are related to management and can be easily understood by a layman. Other chapters are related to psychology which requires little more background knowledge of the subject. One of the important features of this book is that it can be read in any order. Each chapter has its own message attached to it. Prof.(Dr.) S.K.Roy possesses qualification of Ph.D. in management, Gold medal in economics & silver medal in Business administration with specialization in marketing & advertising from Banaras Hindu University (B.H.U). Having 22 years industry experience in many companies of repute at Mumbai & 12 years of teaching & administrative experience as professor of management in reputed private universities of north India, he joined university of cape coast, Ghana affiliated Academic City university college as Dean & later joined university of education, Winneba affiliated Blue Crest university college as Rector to head the university college as a profit center. He has four book chapters in Scopus indexed book of Taylor & Francis, 14 research papers, 12 seminars, 10 MDP’S & 14 FDP’S to his profile. He has 7 Doctoral research scholars under his guidance. After completion of his international assignments, he joined Apeejay Stya University as Dean of School of Management Sciences in August 2019
