This book is law dynamic, it keeps on evolving as per the needs of the society. It regulates the conduct of the society and help in the progression of Humanity. There are various topics on which regulations have been set and many requires a relook. Keeping this in view a national seminar was conducted on Contemporary laws for delibration in Apeejay Stya University. In pursuance to those reflections and musings, a book has been compiled to give an insight to the changing dynamics of the law. The book covers a broad spectrum of present-day key issues. Each issue focuses on one of the themes. The inferences of each theme on different areas were then analysed and concluded. An attempt has also been, made to draw together same issues under single umbrella.The outcome of book is a coherent framework which provides the reader a clear framework of the comprehensive thematic stimuluses on the law.

Dr. Archana Vashishth

Dr. Archana Vashishth is an Associate Professor and HOD in School of Legal Studies in Apeejay Stya University. She has completed her bachelor degree in BALLB from Maharishi Dayanand university Rohtak. She has completed her master's degree with specialization in “Corporate law” from campus department of M.D.U. Also, she has been awarded her doctorate degree on protection of the Minority Shareholders under Company law from the Maharishi Dayanand University Rohtak in 2008. She has a teaching experience of more than 14 years and before joining teaching she was in actual litigation and practised in the hon'ble supreme Court and the Delhi high Court. She is the editor of two books published by the International and national publishers and has many national and international papers published in Scopus, Web of Science and UGC Care List I journal. She has attended and presented papers in various national and international conferences. She has been an invited speaker in various state universities. 

Anuranjan Sharma

He is an academic with a keen interest in research. He has to his credit a number of research papers which have been published in national and international journals. His research papers on sedition law, terrorism and powers of police have been widely acknowledged and acclaimed. He has been active in holding and attending national and international seminars. His unique style of teaching involves referring to leading cases before teaching laws pertaining to them and venturing into forays of new legislation.

Dr. Sakshi

Dr. Sakshi is an Assistant Professor in School of Legal Studies at Apeejay Stya University Sohna, Gurugram and has more than 3 years of teaching experience. Her interest lies in the field of cyber laws.  She has contributed research papers in National, International and Scopus listed journals. She has also presented many papers in National and International conferences and seminars. Her research paper was awarded with best research paper at one day National Conference organized by Kandivli Education Society. She was awarded with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Young Researcher Award 2022 on the occasion of the International Teacher's Day & World Student Day Award by Center for Professional Advancement, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Also, she has recently been awarded with Best Young Faculty Award on the occasion of National Faculty Award 2022-2023 by Novel Research Academy, Puducherry, India.
