Dr. Santosh Kumar Tiwari is working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Law, Justice and Governance, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, (U.P). He has done D. Phil. From University of Allahabad, Allahabad, (U.P.). He is a Gold Medalist in LL.M. He has completed his LL.M. and LL.B. from V.B.S. Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, (U. P.). He has qualified UGC NET in Law Subject. He has completed his M.A. (Master of Arts) in Ancient History from C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur, (U P.). He has teaching experience of more than 9 years in higher education. His two editorial book titled “International Environmental Jurisprudence: A Global Prospective” and “Current Socio- Legal and Political issues in India” have been published by International Book Publication. His 25 research papers/ articles, 04 seminar proceedings, 06 editorial chapter in national /international platform and attended 30 national/ international seminars and presented 27 research papers in national/ international seminars, and also 09 workshops in India. He is supervising 02 research scholars on various legal issues. From University of Allahabad, Allahabad, U.P. He has completed his LL.M. from Government Law College A.P.S. University Rewa, M.P. and LL.B. from Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, U. P. He has qualified UGC NET in Law Subject. He has teaching experience of more than 01 years in higher education. His five books have been published by International Book Publication. His 11 research papers/ articles, 01 editorial chapter has been published in national /international platform. He has attended and presented research papers in 21 national and 09 international conferences/ seminars and also delivered 09 invited lectures in various colleges and university in India. He is working on a Research Project- Consultancy in Research Project, “Research Programme Under UGC’S Financial Assistance for Study and Research Towards Preservation and Promotion of Indigenous and Endangered Languages’’ in National Law University New Delhi Funded by 10 Cr.
