Dr. Jaya Ganesan, Professor OB/HR, Alliance School of Business, Alliance University, Bengaluru holds a PhD from Multimedia University, Malaysia. Dr. Jaya has served the international student community for 29 years and is an active researcher, editorial member and reviewer. Her areas of interest include HRM,Organisational Behaviour, Employment Relations and International HRM.

Dr. Anuradha Gupta is an Associate professor having teaching experience of more than 30 years. She obtained her Master's in Commerce and M.Phil. in Finance from University of Delhi. She also holds Ph.D. (2002) in the area of Business Economics. She received Gold Medal from Delhi University for academic excellence during Masters in Commerce in year 1992 and Prof. A. B. Ghosh Prize, Delhi University,1992 for excellence in economics study. She also received Junior Research Fellowship, UGC, 1992 and Post Graduate Scholarship from Delhi University in 1990.She is Gold Medalist from M.D.University in 1990 for Bachelors of Commerce. She possesses vast experience of teaching to Undergraduate and Post Graduate students in Financial Management, Fundamentals of Investment, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Business Mathematics, and Business Statistics. Her papers have been published in many international and national journals. Her paper on “Financial crisis enforcing Global Banking Reforms” was published in International journal Emerald Publication in 2010 and many papers in national journals. She has presented papers in various International and National conferences. She is a life member of Indian Commerce Association (ICA) and Indian Accounting Association (IAA). Apart from teaching, She has been actively associated with various college societies like Placement Cell, Student's Union Council and Commercium. She is presently heading as Advisor of Satark- The Consumer Club of college.

Dr. Anurag Joshi is Associate Professor in GNIOT Institute of Technology (MBA Institute). He has a 12 years rich experience of industry and more than 18 years in academics. He have more than 16 Research papers in reputed journals like Scopus. ABDC and Conferences proceedings. He have organised MDP, FDP and other management programs. He have furnished task of setter of University exam paper and also evaluation & Examiner of Theisis for several universities. He have 3 patents.
Dr. Anju Gupta
Dr. Anju Gupta, Professor in Commerce & Management and Principal, Khandelwal Vaish Girls Institute of Technology(KVGIT) is an esteemed scholar and administrator, holds a doctoral degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan, complemented by MBA with dual specializations in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. With a rich academic journey encompassing degrees in M.Com, M.Phil, DIM, PGDMM, PGDHRM, and LLB, she demonstrates multifaceted expertise. Dr. Gupta is a prolific author, co-authoring six books on topics ranging from Mercantile Law to Management and Marketing. She has also made substantial contributions to reputed national, international, and Scopus indexed journals, enriching academic discourse with her insights. Additionally, her writings adorn prestigious publications affiliated with professional and educational institutions. Dr. Shivani Tyagi is working as an Associate Professor in Department of Management Studies at Rajkumar Goel Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad. Her career includes more than 15 years of teaching experience in the Business Management, Marketing and other Management subjects.
