S.Sudheer Tholpady, B.A; LL.B, is a practicing Advocate at Puttur Bar of Dakshina Kannada Dist. He did his LL.B degree in Vivekananda Law College, Puttur and entered the legal profession in 1995. He has 25 years of professional experience both on Civil and criminal sides and serving as a guest faculty in Vivekananda Law College, Puttur, D.K. Dist. and teaching the Indian Evidence Act to the students for the past 18 years. Apart from the this the Author has also served as a visiting lecturer in Vivekananda Degree College, Puttur and Gloria college Puttur for several years.
