This transformation requires shift from reactively supporting business needs, to spearheading the structural and cultural change. “Technology can play a huge role in increasing Productivity for
organizations; we need to change the underlying processes to leverage the capabilities of technology.
The combination of evolving technologies, regulatory changes, and shifting demographics has made the transformation essential for strategic organizational agility. Conversations with strategist and a review of the literature point to a gap critical to our understanding of how market is transforming. While there is a growing body of literature focusing on the evolution of the market it still remains unclear what the process of market transformation is, and how human resource in organizations align strategically to transform with greater efficiency. This proceeding will benefit members of the business community by helping them map the journey of market transformation and steps to take for greater impact.
